What to include

For a safety concern about a chat: the date and approximate time of the chat, and what happened.
For a privacy request: what you would like us to do, and details that help us find the records (we do not know your name).
For bugs: your device and browser, and the steps that caused the problem.

To report someone during a chat, use the Report button — it is faster than email and includes the context moderators need. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
